Welcome to the Dynamic Vapor Hone services page. Below you can view all the services that we offer. All media blasting and vapor honing are done in house at Dynamic Vapor Hone. However we have and exclusive relationship with KB5 Industries for all performance engine and suspension modification services.
Media Blasting
Media blasting is a combination of regulated compressed air, abrasive media with professional equipment to prepare a surface for refinishing. Media blasting is a unique and practical process of removing rust and unwanted debris from any type of metal surface. Thus leaving a prepped surface for painting, powder coat or other specialized finishes.
Vapor Honing
Very similar to Media Blasting. Vapor Honing is completed with unique, specialized equipment. This process is also a combination of regulated compressed air and non-abrasive media. However temperature regulated water is also added into this formula. This process allows for a non-abrasive cleaning with zero risk to any item being processed leaving a clean and uniform finish.

At Dynamic Vapor Services we have an exclusive relationship with KB5 Industries for all engine and suspension services. KB5 Industries is a company built around its riders and customer satisfaction. They have been building performance engines and suspension for over 25 years. Together this exclusive collaboration not only yields quality in top notch Vapor Honing but also ensures the high demand for performance engine and suspension services.

KB5 Engine Mods
KB5 engine modifications are built around usable and reliable power, power you can use from the first twist of the throttle to the limiter. Peak horsepower is impressive, but if it takes bouncing off the rev limiter to find it, reliability will be marginal at best. Every KB5 modified motor is built around our customers needs, riding ability, and budget. We develop and build motors for MX/SX/AX, Supermoto, Off Road, Flat Track, Late Model and Vintage for both 2 and 4 stroke engines.

Engine Modifications
KB5 4-Stroke Mods
KB5 4-stroke engine modifications are available. KB5 offers custom cams, pistons and performance valve train parts. We port and flow our heads. Valve seats are cut and/or replaced. We offer three, four, and full radius cuts. Briallium seats and guides are also available. KB5 also offers carb kits, fuel injection, ignition mapping, pipes, ignitions, transmission, and primary drive coatings are available for a complete motor package.

KB5 2-Stroke Mods
KB5 2-stroke engine modifications are available for 50cc and larger motors. KB5 2-stroke cylinders are cut, shaped, and textured. Exhaust parts are polished. Cylinder heads are CNC machined to match the cylinder mods. KB5 carb mods also available for maximum throttle response and performance. Complete motor rebuilds, crank mods, and case mods. These engine packages are just a small part of what KB5 offers for both late model and vintage 2-stroke machines.

Revalving and Servicing
Stock suspension that comes on a motorcycle today is made with very good components. With such items as high tech coatings, titanium springs and oversized bladder caps now standard on some models, you have an excellent base to build high quality suspension. KB5 also offers complete revalves, custom coatings, works parts, 100% customer satisfaction, and track support.
