For current pricing on Media Blasting, Vapor Honing and Casting Removal please see current prices listed below. All work completed is minimally invoiced in 1/2 hour increments. Most small-scale items for Media Blasting and Vapor Honing jobs usually can be completed within 30 minutes. Any heavy degreasing that is required has an additional one time charge of $20. MEDIA BLASTING
Media blasting is a basic, effective procedure that uses air pressure and mild abrasive media to remove any unwanted rust and corrosion from the surface leaving a simple, clean and raw finish perfect for paint or powder coat.
(Any heavy degreasing required is an additional $20)

VAPOR HONING
Vapor Honing is a refinishing process that utilizes a combination of regulated air pressure, water and non-abrasive media that removes unwanted contamination from a surface yielding a deep clean, smooth and satin like finish.

CASTING REMOVAL
Casting removal is an extensive procedure that removes the casting marks from aluminum alloys that were left by the die from the factory. When completed this process leaves a smooth and clean look.
(Final polishing is additional cost on a per piece basis)
